RealCal creates your daily plan locally. Connected calendars may be synced by your calendar provider.
The short version
RealCal has no user accounts, no proprietary servers, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data because the app does not send that data to us.
Calendar access
If you grant permission, RealCal reads only the source calendars you select on your iPhone or iPad. The app uses that information to resolve overlaps according to your priorities. When you export, it writes only the events you choose to the target calendar you choose. Your calendar provider may sync source and destination calendars, including exported events, for example through iCloud or Google. The provider’s privacy terms apply to that processing. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.
Notifications
Local notifications are optional. If you enable them, RealCal schedules reminders directly on your device, such as for an upcoming event. RealCal does not use proprietary push servers for these reminders. You can disable them in iOS Settings → Notifications → RealCal.
No analytics, no tracking
RealCal does not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. The app does not create usage profiles or link calendar data to an identifier.
